Dig Crew Laborer - Plumbing Company (Hand Digging / Utility Labor) Important Note This position is NOT for heavy equipment operators . We are looking for someone comfortable doing manual digging and labor work . Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC is hiring a Dig Crew Laborer to assist our plumbing team with hand digging and underground plumbing work . This position focuses on manual digging and job-site assistance , not operating heavy excavation equipment. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and working with a team, this could be a great fit. Job Responsibilities Hand digging trenches for water, sewer, and plumbing lines Using shovels, picks, digging bars, and other manual tools Assisting plumbers with underground pipe installation and repairs Loading and unloading materials and tools Backfilling trenches and site cleanup Assisting with locating utilities and preparing work areas Following safety procedures on job sites Requirements Ability to perform physical labor and manual digging Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Reliable transportation to our shop Ability to lift 50+ lbs Dependable and able to work with a team Construction or labor experience is a plus but not required Schedule Full-time position Monday - Friday Overtime available when needed Pay Pay based on experience What We Offer Full-time steady work Opportunity to grow in the plumbing trade Supportive team environment Local, family-owned company Based out of Morgantown, WV Serving Monongalia and surrounding counties.
