Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and piping are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local building codes. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing system maintenance equipment, and company vehicles safely and efficiently Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages effectively Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure plumbing work aligns with project specifications and safety standards Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices during all phases of work Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and performing carpentry tasks as needed Use welding techniques for pipe fitting or repairs when required Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and ensure longevity Skills Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing environments Strong knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, pipe threading, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, mechanical knowledge of piping systems, and heavy lifting techniques Ability to perform drain cleaning with specialized equipment effectively Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards related to plumbing installation and repair Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members Experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with commercial driving regulations Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation or repair tasks Handyman experience including assembly, remodeling, or general maintenance work is a plus Join our team if you're passionate about delivering high-quality plumbing solutions!
