Responsibilities Include:

Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and more Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule

Requirements:

2+ years of plumbing experience Journeyman Plumbing License required Commercial experience preferred Strong understanding of plumbing systems Knowledge of local plumbing codes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
