The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the skills necessary to contribute to the completion of various winter tasks for snow removal operations. This role involves physical labor and requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all tasks performed and the ability to work potentially long hours, nights, weekends and holidays. We are a rapidly growing company with a very high potential for advancement into crew leads, superintendent or project management roles for the right candidate with strong work ethic and expertise in lawn care, landscaping and snow removal. Duties Engage in snow removal services for commercial and residential properties as part of team. Operate basic hand tools, skid steers, trucks,snow blowers and salting equipment with efficiency and care. Shoveling snow, operating snow blowers, operating ride on blowers and equipment, run skid steers with pushers or blowers, run pick up plow trucks, run salt spreaders and brine equipment and more! Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in professional Snow Removal or related fields is required. Mechanical knowledge for operating snow removal and/or landscaping equipment is required. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions and potentially long hours during winter months. Potential to work nights, weekends and holidays depending on timing of snow fall/storms. Strong work ethic is required. Ability to run and operate a plow truck, skid steer, loader and small snowblowers is required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
