Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking Experienced and Junior Yacht Riggers to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of rigging systems on runabouts/day sailors to mega yachts. Your expertise will ensure the safety, performance, and aesthetic quality of our clients' vessels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in marine craftsmanship. Responsibilities Install, inspect, and repair rigging systems including sails, halyards, stays, shrouds, and other structural components on yachts. Interpret technical schematics and drawings to accurately assemble and troubleshoot rigging configurations. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, calipers, soldering irons, and precision measuring instruments to complete repairs with high accuracy. Assist in fabricating custom rigging parts. Follow safety protocols by utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) during all maintenance activities and handling heavy lifting tasks safely. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and operational tracking. Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during client consultations or vessel upgrades. Skills Proven experience as a Yacht Rigger. Knowledge of maintenance operations (MRO) practices specific to water transportation equipment. Excellent customer service skills for engaging with clients regarding vessel repairs or upgrades. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
