This position will work closely with Production and Quality teams. Primary Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Interpret schematics, wire lists, and supplied specifications to perform required technical wiring Read and interpret work order travelers and production procedures.
Prepare and/or assist in Customer Qualification and First Article processes as required. Hand assembly operations such as crimping, soldering, connectorization, tinning and stripping wire. Conduct various test operations utilizing various bench test equipment in order to verify proper wiring. Operate and/or assist with the set-up of various equipment (i.e.: wire processing machines, crimp applicators, test fixtures, various presses, etc.) Work with other assembly personnel to ensure product quality questions are addressed. Work closely with Production and Quality to review and approve operating, set up, work order/traveler instructions and verification documents. Collaborate with the appropriate groups to ensure production has all the necessary tools, fixtures, etc. to build product. Record and access various production data in computer system. Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Training, Skills and Experience): 3 years relevant experience. Strong technical skills Strong problem solving skills and ability to draw conclusions Ability to interpret drawings/schematics and wire lists Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Proficient computer skills to access needed production data Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes

Manufacturing and assembly of custom cable and wire harness assemblies for the military, medical, computer, telecom, automotive, and other industries.This position will work closely with Production and Quality teams.
