Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled Rigger with a CDL A to join our dynamic team in the machinery moving industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of metalworking and industrial machines. This role requires expertise in operating various heavy machinery including large capacity forklifts and a strong understanding of rigging techniques to ensure that all loads are handled safely and effectively. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and large capacity forklifts Set up rigging equipment to lift and move materials or equipment as needed on-site. Inspect rigging equipment for safety compliance and perform maintenance as necessary. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate lifting operations and ensure safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with cranes and large capacity forklifts Familiarity with rigging techniques and safety standards within a construction environment. Commercial driving experience is a mandatory. Must be able to drive a manual truck, chain down your own loads and drive 48ft trailer Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
