Hiring:

Foundation & Framing Lead Vieko Innobuild Inc. is seeking an experienced Foundation and Framing Lead for residential construction, ADU, and home addition projects.

Responsibilities:

Read and understand architectural and structural plans. Perform layout and organize construction according to approved drawings. Independently complete ADU foundation work, including excavation, formwork, rebar, and concrete. Independently complete ADU wood framing, including walls, floors, and roof framing. Coordinate field crews, materials, and construction schedules. Work with project managers, engineers, and city or county inspectors. Travel to projects throughout Southern California and out of town when required.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with foundation and wood-framing construction. Familiarity with U.S. residential construction methods and building practices. Ability to independently lead a crew and complete the entire foundation and framing scope for an ADU. Responsible, dependable, and able to communicate and coordinate effectively on the jobsite. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred. Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish is a plus.

Primarily Southern California; travel may be required

Compensation:

Based on experience and qualifications; hourly or project-based arrangements are available
