Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Roofing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on roofing experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work efficiently and safely in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace residential and commercial roofing systems. Perform asphalt shingle installations, tear-offs, and roof replacements. Inspect roofing surfaces and prepare materials for installation. Properly use roofing tools, equipment, and safety gear. Identify roofing issues and assist with effective repairs. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Previous professional roofing installation experience required. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety practices. Ability to work safely at heights and perform physically demanding tasks. Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to designated job sites. Experience with residential and commercial roofing is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $40.00 per hour or $75.00 per roofing square , depending on the project and agreed compensation structure. Eligibility for health insurance after successful completion of a 90-day introductory probationary period, subject to plan terms. Opportunity for steady work and long-term employment.
