Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Install a variety of roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile laying according to project specifications and safety standards Conduct roof repairs and maintenance to extend the lifespan of existing structures Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to accurately execute roofing projects Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively during installation and repair tasks Follow all construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and fall protection measures Assist with siding installation, stucco application, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing as needed for comprehensive building finishes Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining a focus on safety protocol adherence and quality workmanship Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing or related trades such as siding or remodeling Knowledge of roofing repair techniques and materials including metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications accurately Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus Strong understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, heavy lifting techniques, and construction workplace safety regulations Experience working outdoors in diverse weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, tile laying tools, and other relevant equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Join our team to build durable roofs that stand the test of time!
