Job Overview As a Residential Roofer, you'll install, inspect, and repair roofing systems on homes. You'll work outdoors, use ladders and hand and power tools, and follow safety procedures at every stage of the job. Your work may include asphalt, metal, tile, and single-ply membrane roofing, along with related exterior repairs. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential roofing; complete roofing repairs and support remodeling projects. Read construction plans and interpret technical drawings to prepare for work and select appropriate materials. Use ladders, construction safety harnesses, hand tools, and power tools safely; follow construction workplace safety regulations and site protocols. Perform related work such as siding installation, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco, tile laying, and metal stud framing as needed. Assist with construction estimating and coordinate work to keep projects organized and job sites safe.

Requirements 2 years experience in Roofing is Required Ability to work outdoors, climb and use ladders safely, and perform heavy lifting. Knowledge of roofing methods, including Shingles, Tile, metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing. Familiarity with construction plans, technical drawings, hand and power tools, and construction safety harnesses. Experience with siding installation, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco, metal stud framing, tile laying, or construction estimating is preferred.

Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
