On-site About the Project Sentri Homes is seeking an experienced roofing contractor or established roofing crew to complete a residential shingle roof replacement and install two already-purchased skylights . Sentri Homes will coordinate the roofing materials and skylight-installation supplies. The contractor will provide qualified labor, tools, access equipment, and fall protection. Scope of Work House Roof Replacement Remove existing roofing and underlayment within the replacement area. Inspect the exposed roof deck, photograph damaged or deteriorated areas, and notify the project coordinator before completing additional repairs. Install the specified roofing system, including ice-and-water protection, underlayment, drip edge, starter shingles, GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles , matching ridge caps, and required flashing, pipe boots, and ventilation components. Two Skylight Installations Verify the supplied skylight models, approved locations, opening dimensions, and compatible flashing kits before installation. Identify and include any necessary skylight-opening preparation or framing in your proposal. Structural alterations require approval before cutting. Install both skylights using the specified mounting hardware, flashing, waterproofing, and applicable perimeter insulation and air sealing. Integrate the units with the new roofing to provide a complete, weather-tight installation. Jobsite Protection and Cleanup Protect the home, landscaping, fence, and access areas. Maintain temporary weather protection throughout the work. Remove roofing debris, perform magnetic nail cleanup, and complete a final walkthrough with the project coordinator. Qualifications At least two years of relevant roofing experience, including architectural-shingle roofing and skylight installation. Appropriate contractor licensing and insurance for the assigned work. Necessary tools, reliable transportation, access equipment, and fall-protection equipment. Reliable communication, references or photographs of comparable projects, and before, during, and after photo documentation.
