JUNIOR ROOFER / ROOFING INSTALLER

• FULL-TIME Bay Area
• East Bay, Marin, San Jose & Surrounding Areas We are looking for a Junior Roofer / Roofing Installer to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with roofing experience who is comfortable working on ladders and roofs and wants to continue learning, improving, and building a career in the roofing industry.

Roofing Experience We Are Looking For:

• Asphalt shingle installation
• High-end / designer shingles
• Tile roofing
• Torch-down roofing
• Single-ply roofing experience is a strong plus
• Roofing demolition and tear-offs
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Comfortable working from ladders and at roof heights

Requirements:

• Roofing or construction experience
• English communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Available full-time, typically 8-10 hours per day
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable with physically demanding work
• Own basic roofing/construction tools
• Good attitude and willingness to follow instructions
• Strong communication with the foreman and crew
• Willingness to learn new roofing systems and installation methods

Typical Responsibilities:

• Roofing installation
• Roof demolition and tear-offs
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Jobsite setup and cleanup
• Using hand and power tools
• Assisting experienced roofers and foremen
• Following installation specifications
• Performing quality-control checks
• Maintaining constant communication with the foreman
• Keeping jobsites organized, safe, and clean

Our projects cover the entire San Francisco Bay Area, including the East Bay, San Francisco, Marin County, Peninsula, South Bay, and San Jose. Applicants must be comfortable traveling to different jobsites throughout the Bay Area.
