We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in roofing, handyman work, or other similar construction work. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, a willing-to-work attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Technician will be responsible for installing a spray on roof coating and roof repairs. Responsibilities Perform roof rejuvenation applications, small roof repairs, and fascia repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various roofing work. Read and interpret work orders and repair instructions to ensure project success. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Drive a company vehicle to job sites. Experience pulling a trailer is beneficial. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of roofing experience is required. Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Must be comfortable working at heights and on steep slopes. Strong, positive, and willing-to-work attitude. Proficiency in roofing and tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. A valid driver's license is required.
