Roofing Laborer - Full-Time Northland Roofing is looking for a dependable Roofing Laborer to join our team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, understands proper roofing installation, repair techniques, safety protocols, and can work efficiently as part of a crew. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace residential & commercial roofing systems Remove existing roofing materials and properly prepare roof surfaces Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, vents, drip edge, and other roofing components Identify leaks, damaged roofing, flashing issues, and other problem areas Complete roof repairs and maintenance as needed Follow manufacturer installation specifications and company quality standards Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Work cooperatively with crew members, supervisors, and other trades Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Qualifications Previous roofing experience required Experience with asphalt shingle roofing strongly preferred Knowledge of proper flashing, ventilation, waterproofing, and roofing installation practices Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at heights Able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Offer Full-time, steady work Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement Professional and team-oriented work environment Local projects throughout Connecticut and the surrounding area Paid Time Off & Holidays We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a company that values quality workmanship, reliability, safety, and doing the job right .
