Previous gutter installation or construction experience is a plus, but not required . We are willing to train the right person who has a good work ethic, is dependable, and wants to learn the trade. Responsibilities Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related gutter components Assist with removal of existing gutters Safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools Work on residential homes at various heights Help load, unload, and organize materials Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently Follow instructions and be willing to learn proper installation techniques Requirements Valid driver's license required Must be comfortable working on ladders and at heights Must be reliable and show up to work on time Willing to learn and take direction Able to perform physical outdoor work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Gutter, roofing, siding, or general construction experience is a plus, but not necessary What We Offer Competitive pay 401(k) Health insurance Full-time, steady work On-the-job training Opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with the company What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who wants an opportunity to learn a trade and grow with our company.
