Our mechanics work under the direction of an experienced foreman performing roofing, waterproofing, and building-envelope installations on high-end residential construction projects. Our work primarily focuses on fluid-applied waterproofing and roofing systems. This includes the preparation and application of liquid membranes, coatings, reinforced systems, sealants, primers, and related waterproofing components. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, are willing to learn, and want an opportunity to develop their skills in the waterproofing and roofing industry.

Typical Work Includes:

Surface preparation, grinding, cleaning, and detailing Fluid-applied waterproofing and roofing systems Reinforced liquid-applied membrane systems Below-grade waterproofing Vehicular and pedestrian traffic coatings Terrace and balcony waterproofing Roof waterproofing systems Exterior wall/building-envelope waterproofing Window and door flashing Sealant and caulking installation Waterproofing around penetrations, drains, transitions, and other critical details Installation of protection board and related waterproofing components General jobsite preparation and cleanup

What We're Looking For:

Previous waterproofing, roofing, coatings, concrete restoration, painting, stucco, or related construction experience is preferred Previous fluid-applied membrane or coating experience is highly preferred Experience with Tremco, Siplast, Sika, Laticrete, or similar products is a plus Ability to follow instructions and manufacturer installation procedures Attention to detail Willingness to learn new waterproofing systems and installation methods Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively as part of a crew

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions Ability to perform physically demanding construction work Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Must follow company and project safety requirements

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. Additional hours/Saturdays may occasionally be available or required depending on project conditions.

Compensation:

Starting at $22.00/hour and up , depending on experience and skill level. Experienced waterproofing mechanics, particularly those with fluid-applied membrane and coating experience , may qualify for higher starting compensation based on demonstrated abilities.
