Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Seamless Gutter and Soffit Fascia Installers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters and soffit fascia systems that enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, construction craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional results. Duties Measure, cut, fabricate, and install seamless gutters and soffit fascia components according to project specifications and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely to shape and secure materials Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligned with design requirements Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and construction safety harnesses during outdoor work at heights Perform roofing repairs, siding installation, and related tasks as needed to support gutter and fascia projects Follow all construction safety protocols, including proper use of safety harnesses and adherence to workplace safety regulations Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining proper ergonomic practices to prevent injury Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing, siding installation, or exterior building systems Knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings Hands-on experience with metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, stucco, caulking, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and the use of safety harnesses, ladders, and other protective gear Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and fabrication equipment efficiently Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a strong emphasis on safety protocol adherence Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights for extended periods Excellent problem-solving skills with handyman experience or remodeling background preferred Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interpret technical plans accurately Join our team if you're ready to bring your construction expertise to life in a fast-paced environment where safety is paramount!
