Contract We are an established South Florida home improvement company seeking licensed and insured roofing subcontractors with experienced installation crews for residential roof replacements. We have a strong need for crews serving northern Broward and Palm Beach County. We are especially interested in roofing partners based in these areas or able to consistently take on projects there. We are looking for dependable partners who take pride in their workmanship, keep jobs moving, and leave every property clean and protected. What We Offer Ongoing opportunities for residential roofing installation projects. Company-supplied roofing materials. Office support for permits, scheduling, and homeowner communication. A dedicated project management team to coordinate jobs and address field questions. Agreed pricing and payment terms established before work begins. Scope of Work Residential roof tear-offs and replacements. Shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofing. Please identify your crew's specialties when applying. Review job scope and site conditions before starting. Complete installations according to approved plans, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes. Provide progress photos and required installation documentation. Coordinate inspection readiness and complete assigned corrections and punch items. Maintain safe job sites, protect customer property, and remove installation debris. Requirements Active Florida roofing contractor license held by the subcontracting business or its qualifying agent. Established business with a W-9. General liability insurance with at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, with our company named as additional insured. Current workers' compensation coverage and required documentation for your crew. Experienced crew with its own tools, equipment, transportation, and safety equipment. Experience with South Florida roofing requirements. Reliable communication and the ability to meet agreed project schedules. Ability to consistently service northern Broward and Palm Beach County. Willingness to sign our subcontractor and site safety agreements.
