Duties Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, wood, and metal siding according to project specifications and technical drawings Interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate installation aligned with design requirements Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete siding projects Follow all construction safety protocols, including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and personal protective equipment (PPE) Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or removing old siding; perform minor repairs on walls or framing as needed Collaborate with team members on roofing repair projects or metal roofing installations when required Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to workplace safety regulations and best practices for heavy lifting and outdoor work conditions Experience Prior experience in construction work with a focus on siding installation or related trades such as roofing, drywall, or remodeling Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, construction plans, and blueprints for accurate project execution Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of construction safety standards including ladder use, fall protection systems like safety harnesses, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations Experience working with various siding materials such as vinyl, stucco, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing or drywall is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods in outdoor conditions Strong understanding of construction site experience including fabricating components and adhering to safety protocols for roofing repair or remodeling projects Join us to build beautiful exteriors while advancing your skills in a supportive team environment.
