We're looking for an experienced metal roofer or small crew to install a new exposed-fastener metal roof over an existing shingle roof on a two-story home in Woodbine, GA, about 40 minutes north of Jacksonville, FL. Jacksonville-area crews are welcome. Materials are supplied by Sentri and delivered to the job site. This is a labor-only job.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Install high-temp underlayment and high-temp ice and water shield over the existing shingles (about 42 squares, no tear-off)
• Install 29-gauge exposed-fastener metal panels in light brown, with color-matched screws, butyl tape and closures
• Install ridge cap, eave and rake trim, valley flashing, and sidewall and step flashing
• Install pipe boot flashing and chimney flashing with a saddle (one brick chimney)
• Check known leak areas before covering them; photograph and report any soft or damaged decking before covering it
• Clean up the site and photograph the finished work

JOB DETAILS

• Estimated duration: 4 days
• Roof pitches are 5/12 and 7/12, so experience on steeper slopes and proper safety gear are required

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2+ years of trade experience, with metal roofing experience required
• Must have tools necessary to complete the job, including ladders and roof safety gear
• Must have reliable transportation

• Must sign Sentri's general service agreement before starting
