About the Role As a Commercial Roofing Service Lead, you will serve as the primary expert for diagnosing and resolving complex roofing issues, ensuring building integrity for our clients. Responsibilities Execute precise repairs on diverse commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal. Conduct thorough roof inspections to generate accurate repair scopes and detailed condition reports. Direct and mentor a small, dedicated service team to ensure project efficiency and high-quality workmanship. Utilize mobile technology to document site conditions, capture repair photos, and update service logs in real-time. Maintain clear, professional communication with facility managers to ensure client satisfaction and project transparency. Identify and recommend proactive maintenance or additional repair needs to extend the lifespan of client assets. Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing diagnostics and repair. Proven ability to independently locate and remediate complex roof leaks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices. Proficiency in using mobile devices for digital reporting and documentation. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a leadership or crew-mentoring capacity.
