What You'll Do (Technician Role) As a Handyman Technician, your primary focus will be delivering excellent work in customers' homes.

Responsibilities include:

Completing a variety of home repair and improvement projects Working independently or alongside other technician on scheduled jobs Communicating professionally with customers during the project Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites Following company processes to ensure consistent quality Supporting the team with material pickups and job preparation as needed Delivering a 5-star experience through craftsmanship and care What Success Looks Like Our best technicians are: Skilled and dependable craftspeople Proud of high-quality work and attention to detail Coachable and willing to learn new systems and standards Professional and respectful in customers' homes Reliable teammates who show up and follow through This role is hands-on and execution-focused — you bring the technical skills, and we provide the structure, customers, and support.
