In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise framing, installation, and finishing tasks across a variety of building projects. Your expertise will help ensure structures are built to code, safe, and aesthetically aligned with project specifications. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and installation tasks. Erect metal buildings, metal stud framing, and perform drywall installation with precision. Install concrete forms, rebar reinforcement, and perform concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble building components. Execute masonry work including stucco application, siding installation, and restoration projects. Perform roofing work, trim carpentry, woodwork, and drywall finishing while adhering to safety standards. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools; interpret technical drawings for precise construction. Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency on the job site. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure construction plans are followed accurately. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; adhere to all safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, drywall installation or related construction fields. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and dimensional measurements. Proficient with hand tools such as saws, hammers, levels; familiar with power tools including drills and saws. Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, siding applications, plastering, and stucco work. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site tasks. Strong understanding of construction management principles; ability to follow detailed plans accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise work execution. Experience with framing carpentry including woodwork and metal stud framing; familiarity with drywall hanging and trim carpentry is a plus. Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces. Valid construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills.
