Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation of low-slope/flat roof systems.
TPO, EPDM.
  • Repair & Maintenance on flat roofs.
  • Detail work including flashing, terminations, etc.
  • Tear-Off decking, roofing, various materials on remodels.
  • Operate powered hand tools including sheers and Leister heat tools and welders.
Job Requirements:
  • Previous roofing experience, particularly with flat roof systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
  • Willingness to travel out of state weekly. There are periods of time that out of state jobs require multiple weeks of dedicated travel. Availability needs to be open.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to bend, twist, kneel, stand for long periods of time, climb ladders and scaffolding, shovel gravel and debris.
  • Ability to load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures including fall lines, harnesses, hard hats, etc.
  • Open communication with Project Managers both on location and at our home office.
  • Ability to work independently if needed.
  • Driver's License
  • US Citizenship or US Work Authorization
  • Spanish Bilingual is not required but preferred.
Compensation will be based on your experience and skill assessment during the 90-day probation period. Travel time is compensated. Lodging and meals are paid for by the company. We provide all necessary tools and vehicles. You will be required to use your personal phone for clocking in and out. PTO is accrued from your first workday. Paid holidays, availability of insurance benefits, 401k, and bonuses after probationary period.
Pay:
$19.00 - $30.00 per hour
