POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Construction Installation Technicians to join our growing team. This is more than a general construction position, it's an opportunity to enter a specialized industry that offers long-term career growth, valuable technical training, and the chance to work on projects that support critical infrastructure. In this role, you will assist with the installation of underground tank systems, piping, excavation, testing, and site preparation at commercial and industrial facilities. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop in-demand skills, and contribute to projects that keep businesses and communities operating safely and efficiently. Essential Functions Statements Prepare and maintain safe, organized job sites. Assist with the installation of tanks, piping systems, and related equipment. Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, and compaction activities. Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work instructions. Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment. Measure and mark work areas according to project requirements. Operate hand tools, power tools, jackhammers, drills, tampers, and other construction equipment. Assist with concrete form setup, placement, and finishing. Conduct testing and inspections as directed. Operate and maintain air monitoring and sampling equipment in confined-space and hazardous work environments. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Support the crew with additional duties as needed to complete projects successfully.
EXPERIENCE
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments. Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and equipment. Willingness to travel as required for projects. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Construction experience is preferred but not required. Valid Driver's License.

EDUCATION
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
