This is not a production-driven role — it's about solving problems, protecting homes and buildings, and representing the company with integrity. Our scope of work includes shingles, slate, cedar shakes, metal, modified, single-ply, coatings as well as gutters, siding and exterior trim. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial roof repairs Diagnose roof leaks and determine proper solutions Conduct service estimates and explain findings to customers Oversee subcontractor production and ensure quality standards Complete related service and exterior repair work as needed Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with office staff Operate company vehicle responsibly What We're Looking For 3+ years roofing experience (service/repair experience preferred) Strong troubleshooting and leak diagnosis skills Experience with shingles, flat roofing systems, and general exterior work Trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional communication skills Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits $32 min per hour (based on experience) Full-time, year-round work Company truck provided Vacation pay Holiday pay Health insurance 401(k) Commisssion and bonus opportunities Phone stipend If you're looking to be part of a company where your experience matters, your opinion is valued, and quality is the priority — not just speed — we encourage you to apply.
