Taylor & Son, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join our growing service team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with strong troubleshooting skills and experience repairing a variety of commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities Investigate and diagnose commercial roof leaks. Perform repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up, and metal roofing systems. Complete emergency leak repairs and preventive maintenance. Repair flashings, roof penetrations, drains, seams, and other roofing components. Safely operate ladders and work at heights. Accurately document work performed with notes and photographs. Communicate professionally with customers while on-site. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing service experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Experience locating and repairing roof leaks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
