C&L Ward is hiring Siding Installers to join our installation team in Davison! In this role, you'll work alongside a crew at client's homes, installing siding that enhances both the appearance and durability of their homes. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to the details, and enjoy working as part of a team. We offer ongoing training and career growth opportunities for a range of skill levels, including advancement into crew leadership. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of siding installation fundamentals and experience with materials such as CertainTeed vinyl siding, Diamond Kote engineered wood siding, and/or Everlast composite siding.

Key Responsibilities:

Recognizing/differentiating all tools and building materials Lifting/carrying 75+ lbs. Walking/maneuvering/setting up ladders, scaffold, and picks Keeping a clean and safe work site Interpret and follow blueprints, construction plans, and manufacturer specifications Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements Ability to read measurements and cut to correct lengths/angles Using power tools and hand tools that are required for the job Able to bend various bends on a brake Clean and neat caulking per manufacture specs Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
