Scope of Work:

Tear-off and deck prep Remove and dispose of all existing roofing materials on the main house, attached garage, and detached garage. Inspect roof decking after tear-off and replace damaged sections as needed. Metal roof installation (approx. 3,530 sq. ft. across all three structures) Install a 29-gauge Galvalume exposed-fastener metal roofing system. Install underlayment and ice-and-water protection where required. Install all flashing, ridge components, trim, closures, fasteners, and related accessories. Insulation (main house only) Install approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of rigid foam board insulation on designated higher-pitch areas of the main house. Existing interior fiberglass insulation stays in place. Gutters Install approximately 20 linear feet of 5-inch aluminum gutter over designated entryway areas. Install two downspouts (approx. 20 linear feet total), with hangers, end caps, outlets, and connectors. What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (replacements, not just repairs) Ability to work independently or bring a small crew Own tools and equipment Reliable transportation Comfortable working at height safely References from past roofing work a plus Has their own dump trailer

Pay:

Up to $2,650.00 per week
