This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, and taking on physical, team-oriented work. Pay & Schedule $23.00 per hour Monday - Friday Standard hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Seasonal overtime available Winter schedules may begin as early as 6:00 AM due to weather conditions and project demands Typical winter hours can extend to 4:00 PM Job Responsibilities Transport, set up, and remove temporary heating and air conditioning equipment at customer job sites Connect and disconnect climate control units, hoses, wiring, and related equipment Install insulation and protective materials as needed Monitor equipment operation and assist with basic troubleshooting Load, unload, and move equipment safely between locations Work closely with construction, restoration, and demolition crews to ensure climate control needs are met Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements What we look for: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the workday Comfortable using hand tools and working with equipment connections and wiring Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work overtime when needed Valid driver's license preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, is comfortable working outside year-round, and takes pride in helping keep job sites operational and safe.
