West County Roofing & Construction is looking for an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Roofing Field Manager to join our growing team in the St. Louis area. The Roofing Field Manager is responsible for overseeing roofing projects in the field from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and according to company standards. This position works closely with homeowners, crews, sales, production, and management to keep projects moving and resolve issues before they become problems. The ideal candidate has strong roofing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs and crews while maintaining high standards for quality and customer service. What You'll Do Oversee roofing projects from pre-production through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Coordinate and manage roofing crews and subcontractors on active job sites. Conduct job-site inspections and verify work meets company, manufacturer, and industry standards. Monitor project progress, materials, scheduling, and overall job-site readiness. Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and quality concerns quickly and effectively. Communicate with homeowners regarding project progress, questions, and concerns. Document job progress, inspections, photos, and important project information in the company CRM. Coordinate with sales, production, suppliers, and management to keep projects moving efficiently. Ensure proper job-site protection, cleanup, and completion standards. Assist with warranty work, repairs, measurements, scope questions, and other field-related needs. Hold crews and subcontractors accountable to company expectations for quality, safety, professionalism, and customer service. What We're Looking For 3+ years of roofing or construction experience, preferably in residential roofing. Strong understanding of residential roofing systems and installation practices. Experience managing roofing crews or subcontractors preferred. Knowledge of insurance restoration and storm-damage projects is a plus. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, CRM, and other technology. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, walk roofs, and safely navigate active construction sites. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
