WHAT YOU'LL

DOAs a Crew Laborer, you will: Work alongside a crew to complete crawlspace, foundation repair, and moisture-control projects Safely install MidSouth products and systems according to company standards Load, unload, and properly maintain tools, materials, and equipment Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, safe jobsite Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with your crew Work in crawlspaces and other confined areas when required Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Treat customers and their homes with respect and professionalism Help create a remarkable customer experience from start to finish Learn new skills and construction techniques through hands-on training Take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of the entire team
