Southern New Hampshire Pay:

$30.00-$45.00 per hour Benefits include a company truck, company-paid fuel, and additional travel pay for jobs farther from our normal work area. PBS Exteriors LLC is looking for an experienced Siding Foreman / Lead Installer who is capable of stepping in and running siding and exterior projects immediately. This is a hands-on position for someone with extensive siding and exterior experience who can take a project from start to finish without needing constant supervision. We need someone who can work alongside the crew, make good decisions in the field, solve problems as they come up, and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Responsibilities Run siding and exterior projects from start to finish Work hands-on alongside the crew. Direct and coordinate other workers on the jobsite Plan daily work and keep projects moving efficiently Identify and solve jobsite issues as they come up. Keep jobsites organized and materials accounted for Communicate project progress, material needs, and issues with the owner Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail Experience We're Looking For Strong experience with: Vinyl siding Fiber cement siding Exterior trim Exterior carpentry Flashing and water management Material planning Leading a crew and independently running projects Requirements Previous experience running siding or exterior projects Ability to work independently without constant supervision Valid driver's license Basic hand tools Comfortable working from ladders, staging, and lifts Dependable and able to show up consistently Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work Compensation & Benefits $30.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience and ability Company truck provided Company-paid fuel Additional travel pay for jobs outside our normal work area The higher end of the pay range is intended for someone who can step in immediately, take responsibility for a project, lead the crew, and consistently produce high-quality work without needing to be supervised. Most of our work is located throughout New Hampshire and New England. We're looking for someone who wants more than just another installer position.
