As a vital part of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing seamless gutters efficiently while maintaining safety standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine gutter layout and installation specifications Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up ladders safely, and organizing hand tools and power tools needed for installation Install seamless gutters using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques, ensuring precise fitment according to building plans Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans to accurately cut, assemble, and secure gutter sections Use tape measures, levels, and other measuring devices to ensure accurate dimensional measurements and proper alignment Perform quality inspections during and after installation to ensure durability, proper drainage, and aesthetic appeal Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience in gutter installation or related construction fields such as roofing, siding, or carpentry Strong knowledge of construction management principles, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Familiarity with construction estimating processes and building material installation techniques Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and scaffolding or ladder use Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for working at heights on construction sites Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions for seamless gutter systems Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during installations Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders safely, and standing for extended periods Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship, eager to develop your skills across various construction disciplines such as tile masonry or drywall installation, and committed to delivering top-tier service.
