Responsibilities Assist with roofing installation and repair, using architectural shingles and metal roofing. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively on various job sites. Perform siding installation, caulking, drywall finishing, tile laying, and painting as needed. Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as wood studs, shingles and other building components. Safely use ladders and other equipment at heights. Maintain a clean and organized work site by managing materials and removing debris from clients property. Experience Proven experience in construction work with a focus on roofing repair or installation preferred. Familiarity with roofing techniques is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with siding installation, painting, drywall finishing, or tile laying work is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools such as hammers and tape measure along with power tools like drills and saws confidently. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is preferred.
