Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects to enhance and update residential interiors and exteriors. Perform hardscaping construction tasks such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features. Utilize hand tools effectively for demolition, carpentry, and finishing work. Conduct basic plumbing tasks including fixture installation and minor repairs. Prepare surfaces through painting, sanding, or priming to ensure quality finishes. Install tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, or flooring areas with attention to detail. Carry out rough framing for walls, ceilings, or structural modifications as needed. Assist with roofing tasks during renovation projects requiring roof repairs or replacements. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines. Skills Proven experience in remodeling and hardscaping construction projects. Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment. Knowledge of basic plumbing systems and repair techniques. Skills in painting, tiling, rough framing, and roofing are highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
