How You Will Make an Impact Execute diverse residential remodeling projects covering carpentry, drywall, and interior finishing. Deliver precise installations for windows, doors, siding, flooring, electric, and plumbing systems. Provide accurate project estimates to guide clients effectively on job scopes and material requirements. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and clean job sites to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Operate company service vans responsibly to navigate field visits and transport required job materials. Solve on-site structural or technical repairs efficiently to keep project timelines moving forward. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10 years of experience across construction trades and interior/exterior remodeling. Advanced proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, window, door, and siding installations. Functional field expertise in basic electrical, flooring, and plumbing applications. Ownership of personal, professional-grade tools covering all core aspects of general remodeling. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company service body vehicles. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated track record in residential job estimating and client consultation. Previous experience mentoring helper or apprentice technicians on active job sites. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour based on expertise.
