Responsibilities Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately install siding materials. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary insulation or underlayment. Install various siding types including vinyl, metal, with precision and care. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to complete installations efficiently. Follow all construction safety protocols, including the proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety procedures. Conduct minor repairs such as caulking, sealing joints, or patching damaged areas during installation projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in siding installation or related construction fields such as roofing, drywall, or remodeling. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and proper use of ladders. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Experience with roofing or siding is a major plus Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of reading a tape measure & knowing your lefts from rights.
