Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer / Solar Racker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing and solar systems on residential structures. Your expertise will help ensure that roofs are durable, weather-resistant, and compliant with safety standards. Responsibilities Have a sincere interest in learning the roofing and solar trades Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install roofing materials. Apply construction safety harnesses and adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations during all outdoor work activities. Be physically able to lift and carry large heavy items. Collaborate and work as a team member throughout the task at hand. Qualifications Construction experience preferred though we are willing to train the right candidates. Familiarity with construction blueprint Experience working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques. Understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and other workplace safety protocols. Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
