Under Construction Remodeling is seeking reliable, skilled workers to join our team. We specialize in full-service home remodeling and general residential construction. Team members handle a wide range of home-related projects, from interior and exterior renovations to repairs and finishing work. Pay is determined by experience level and is paid on a per-day basis. Key Responsibilities Perform home remodeling and renovation tasks, including but not limited to framing, drywall, flooring, painting, trim work, cabinetry, tiling, and general carpentry. Complete a variety of residential construction and repair jobs as assigned. Follow project plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all safety standards. Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on the project. Communicate progress and any issues to the project lead or owner. Assist with material handling, cleanup, and other related duties as needed. Requirements Willingness to perform a broad range of home remodeling and construction tasks. Ability to work full days on active job sites. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Basic tools preferred (company may supply some specialized equipment). Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude. Experience is valued but not strictly required — we hire based on skill level. Compensation Daily pay rate is based on experience and demonstrated skill: Entry-level / limited experience Intermediate / solid hands-on experience Advanced / highly skilled or multi-trade capability Exact daily rates will be discussed during the interview and confirmed based on your background and performance on the job.
