  • As-Needed Work Wellington Roof and Repair is a small, family-owned roofing company based out of Warwick RI that has experienced exponential growth this year, and we need help!
We are looking for roofers, laborers, and reliable hard-working individuals who can jump in as needed, especially for larger jobs and weekend work. Some experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. What We Need Must be 18+ Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors in heat, rain, cold, and snow Must be able to lift and carry a bundle of shingles Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Roofing/construction experience is a plus Comfortable with inconsistent, as-needed work Available to help when needed, particularly on weekends Duties may include roofing, tear-offs, hauling materials and shingle bundles, ground cleanup, loading/unloading, and assisting the roofing crew. For the right person, there may be opportunities to grow into service calls and more consistent work. Employees & Subcontractors Welcome We are open to hiring employees as well as working with independent contractors/subcontractors . Subcontractors must carry equal or greater liability insurance coverage than Wellington Roof and Repair and provide proof of insurance. Pay Employees are paid by the day. We are looking for people who want to build a long-term relationship with our company , not just pick up a few jobs.
