Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced construction professional to join our growing team. Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience in post-tensioning (PT), concrete repair, carbon fiber installation, and other structural restoration activities. This role requires a dependable, safety-focused individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a productive jobsite. The ideal candidate is responsible, punctual, and team-oriented, with the ability to assist in leading a crew while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include coordinating daily work activities, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping uphold company quality standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as this position requires interaction with crew members, supervisors, clients, and subcontractors. The successful candidate must be capable of reading and understanding project plans, following specifications, documenting daily activities, and identifying potential safety or quality concerns before they become issues. We are looking for someone who leads by example, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and is committed to continuous improvement. The ability to mentor and develop crew members, adapt to changing project demands, and work collaboratively toward common goals is highly valued. Candidates should be comfortable taking direction when needed while also possessing the confidence and initiative to make informed decisions in the field. Duties Construction experience required; PT, concrete repair, and carbon fiber installation experience preferred Strong commitment to jobsite safety and compliance Experience leading or assisting with field crews Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Leadership mentality with a willingness to learn and be coached Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
