Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting materials, and working at heights when required. Knowledge of safe use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, harnesses, and general construction equipment. Familiarity with blueprints, construction details, product specifications, and technical drawings is a plus. Understanding of waterproofing systems, coating applications, flashing details, roofing materials, or concrete repair is advantageous.
