Position Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our roofing team as Assistant Roofing Technicians/Laborers. No experience is required; the employer is willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn roofing skills and gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. Duties and Responsibilities
Remove and scrape foam from walls and roofing surfaces.
Assist with the installation of 4' x 8' roofing boards over existing roofs.
Perform general manual labor and site cleanup as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.
Work effectively as part of a team in an outdoor environment.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift materials as needed.
Roofing or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Employer will provide training to qualified candidates.
No minimum education requirement.
