Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial/Residential Roof Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on both commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities Install a variety of roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and other materials according to project specifications and safety standards Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute roofing projects Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses effectively while following all construction safety regulations Perform roof repairs and restoration work with precision, ensuring long-lasting results that meet quality standards Assist with siding installation, stucco application, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, and other related exterior or interior tasks as needed Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while maintaining proper posture and technique Follow detailed construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project specifications Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation or repair Knowledge of roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membranes, and related systems Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders safely, including the use of safety harnesses in accordance with construction workplace safety regulations Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions on construction sites or residential properties Strong understanding of construction safety protocols including fall protection measures and proper ladder use Ability to lift heavy materials safely and work efficiently within a team environment Join our team if you're passionate about delivering high-quality roofing solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety!
