Must have:

❖ Minimum of 5 years' experience with BUR, torch, and single-ply roof systems. ❖ Able to diagnose and solve roofing problems. ❖ Experience in leak repairs is required. ❖ Ability to work with customers to resolve issues and concerns. ❖ Valid driver's license. ❖ Able to climb and operate on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. ❖ Dependable, reliable, and punctual. ❖ Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety and demonstrates safe work practices. ❖ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
