Starting piece rates typically range from $35-$40 per square for entry-level roofers, with opportunities to earn more as your experience and production increase. What You'll Be Doing Tear off and prepare roofs for installation. Load, move, and handle roofing materials safely. Follow company safety procedures at all times. Keep the job site clean, organized, and efficient. Support your crew to keep projects moving safely and productively. Complete roofing work with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. What You Need Roofing or construction experience preferred (we're willing to train someone with the right work ethic and attitude). Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ pounds. Reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
