Insurance Supplement Coordinator (Roofing Claims) $18/hr + Supplemental Bonus | Pasco, WA | Full-Time We are a roofing company seeking a detail‑oriented, assertive Insurance Supplement Coordinator to manage supplemental requests with insurance carriers. This role focuses on calling adjusters, tracking missing line items, and pushing supplements through to approval — no claims processing required. What You'll Do Call insurance adjusters to follow up on missing or denied items Submit supplemental documentation and photos Track supplement status and escalate when needed Review carrier estimates for missing code-required items Communicate with homeowners and adjusters professionally Work closely with our roofing team to ensure complete scopes What You Already Know (or can learn quickly) Basic roofing components (shingles, underlayment, vents, flashing) How insurance carriers handle supplements How to read estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus but not required) How to stay organized and persistent Ideal Background Roofing office staff Restoration company coordinators Insurance CSR or producer Independent adjuster assistant Construction admin or project coordinator Compensation $18/hr base Supplement approval bonuses Growth into senior supplementing or estimating roles
