Duties Construct and install wall frames, floors, roofs, and other structural components according to blueprints and technical drawings Interpret construction plans and specifications accurately to ensure precise measurements and placements Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine dimensions, materials needed, and sequence of work Conduct heavy lifting safely and efficiently to handle materials such as lumber Requirements Proven experience in residential framing or related construction roles with a focus on frame carpentry and metal building erection Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential construction equipment Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for framing components Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or on scaffolding Basic math skills for calculations related to measurements and material quantities Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols and site management practices Valid experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for precise execution of tasks Familiarity with metal stud framing techniques and the use of specialized tools for framing projects Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills toward building exceptional homes.
